Reshuffle Of The Board Of Directors, Awang Lazuardi Becomes President Director Of Pertamina Hulu Energi

JAKARTA - PT Pertamina (Persero) today carried out an investigation of the board of directors within the scope of subholding. PT Pertamina Hulu Energi, upstream Pertamina has confirmed Awang Lazuardi as President Director replacing Chalid Said Salim.

This reshuffle of the board of directors has actually been carried out at the General Meeting of Shareholders (GMS) some time ago, but it was only carried out today, Tuesday, July 8.

PHE Corporate Secretary Hermansyah Y. Nasroen confirmed the news of the inauguration of the PHE board of directors today.

"It is true as the information circulating that today'ssan has been inaugurated by the Board of Directors within the scope of Subholding. This determination is entirely within the authority of shareholders," he said in a statement to VOI, Tuesday, July 8.

He added that Pertamina Subholding Upstream supports and is fully committed to the policies and decisions of shareholders.

"It is hoped that this new arrangement can bring positive changes and improve professionalism, especially maintaining energy resilience," he said.

Director of Strategic Planning, Portfolio, and Commercial: Edy Karyanto

Director of Human Resources & Business Support: Ery Sulistyo Sutikno

Finance Director: Bayu Kusuma Dewanto

Exploration Director: Muharram J Panguriseng
