KKP Reminds MIND ID To Immediately Report KKPRL, There Will Be A Fine Of IDR 5 Million Per Day Waiting
JAKARTA - The Ministry of Maritime Affairs and Fisheries (KKP) reminded SOEs to hold the Indonesian Mining Industry (MIND ID) on time to submit an annual report on the Adjustment of Marine Space Utilization Activities (KKPRL).
Director General of Marine Spatial Planning of KKP Kartika Listriana said this was a form of compliance and obedience of business actors to applicable regulations.
"Report the annual report on time, don't be late, because if it's late, administrative sanctions will be imposed," Kartika said in a written statement, quoted Monday, July 7.
The obligation to submit the annual report itself has been regulated in Article 137 letter m of the Regulation of the Minister of Marine Affairs and Fisheries (Permen KP) Number 28 of 2021 concerning the Implementation of Marine Spatial Planning.
The KKP reminded that later there will be administrative sanctions if the company is late in carrying out its obligations.
"The delay in submitting the annual PKKPRL report will be subject to an administrative fine of Rp. 5 million per day," he said.
Kartika also emphasized that the implementation of spatial planning has been regulated through several laws and regulations, whether mandated spatial planning from the national to provincial levels.
With various existing regulations, he said, structuring the sea space has permanent legal force.
"So anyone who does not obey it will be subject to sanctions, both criminally and administratively," said Kartika.
