Beautiful Russian Caucasians Who Paint Masks On Their Faces Deported To Moscow

DENPASAR - A Russian woman named Leia Se (25) who painted masks on her face to trick security guards in Bali was deported from Bali. Leia Se was deported directly to Moscow.

"With this, I emphasize that we will never tolerate anyone, including foreign nationals who violate health protocols as the implementation of Governor Regulation No. 10/2021 which has been enacted to protect Bali from the spread of COVID-19", said Bali Governor Wayan Koster at the Ministry of Law and Human Rights Office in Denpasar, Bali, Wednesday, May 5.

Koster said that his party knew about viral news about foreigners painting their faces resembling masks and immediately ordered a joint team led by the Head of Regional Office of the Bali Ministry of Law and Human Rights.

This Russian foreigner entered Indonesia on March 1, 2020, with a residence permit visa until May 11. This Russian foreigner was then deported by first being flown to Jakarta.

From Soekarno-Hatta Airport, this Russian foreigner was flown to Moscow via Dubai on an Emirates Airlines flight. Deportation was carried out because the Russian foreigner was proven to have violated Article 75 paragraph 1 of Law Number 6 of 2011 concerning Immigration.

"Immigration Officers have the authority to carry out immigration administrative actions against foreigners who are in Indonesian territory who carry out dangerous activities and are reasonably suspected of endangering security and public order or not respecting or disobeying statutory regulations", he said.

"This firm action is carried out to give lessons to every foreign citizen who visits or travels to the territory of the Republic of Indonesia, it is obligatory to obey the laws in force in Indonesia to uphold the dignity of the Indonesian State before the world", said Koster.

Meanwhile, the Head of the Regional Office of the Ministry of Law and Human Rights in Bali, Jamaruli Manihuruk, said that the female foreign friend who created the painting mask content named Lin-Chi Chen aka Joshua (32) was declared not guilty.

"Not guilty from the Civil Service Police Unit examination. She (Leia Se) was the one who was recommended guilty. Which one was recommended was carried out", said Jamaruli.
