PKB Holds 27th Harlah, Makes Pedel Tournaments To Bimtek Legislative Members

JAKARTA - The Central Executive Board (DPP) of the National Awakening Party (PKB) will hold the commemoration of the 27th Anniversary of the party with a series of other events.

This year, PKB took the theme Harlah "Indonesia Patriotik, Indonesia Productive" in the sense of building a productive Indonesia with a spirit of solidity and cohesiveness.

"Indeed, this global economic situation is actually quite worrying. Second, Indonesia's competition with ASEAN countries is now pursuing each other. So, we need solidity to be productive. A productive nation, a nation that wins the battle," said Chairman of the PKB DPP Harlah Committee Ahmad Imam Sukri at the PKB DPP Office, Central Jakarta, Monday, July 7.

The series of events started from Praharlah with the international Islamic boarding school conference which was held last June 24. Then, PKB will hold an ecogreen activity at Tebet Eco Park on July 12.

Furthermore, the party led by Muhaimin Iskandar will hold a padel tournament in the TB Simatupang area. This tournament will be attended by a number of politicians who were sent by their respective parties.

"We will make a turnaman padel activity, the name is "Padel Kali Bos". So a brush from PKB, something like that. That will be followed by the padel community in Jakarta. Including the interesting thing again is that we also invitate political party friends to play padel," he explained.

Furthermore, on July 19, PKB will hold an art and cultural festival at Pos Bloc which contains art performances involving dozens of art activist communities. PKB also invited the Sukatani band at the event. The series of events continued with a 5 kilometer fun run in the Gelora Bung Karno area.

Furthermore, PKB held technical guidance (bimtek) for members of the district/city and provincial DPRD legislatures to the DPR RI from the PKB faction on July 22-23. Then, PKB held the 27th Harlah peak event at the Jakarta Convention Center (JCC).

"Closed at its peak on the 23rd night is the celebration of the 27th PKB celebration which will be on the day by President Prabowo Subianto. We invite the leaders of the general chairman of the party, we invite the ministers of Mr. Prabowo, we invite kiai and ustaz," explained Iman.

"Because this event was attended by all Indonesian PKB structures including the DPRD at all levels, this will be very lively," he added.
