VOI Today: Not Football, Indonesia Vs Brazil In The Case Of Juliana Marins Climber Rinjani,

JAKARTA - The family requested a re-autopsy on the body of Juliana Marins, a Brazilian traveler who fell on Mount Rinjani, Lombok on June 21.

Marins' body arrived in Sao Paulo, Brazil on July 1 and the Brazilian government plans to take legal action if Juliana Marins' autopsy results show negligence, causing the resident to die.

Brazil does not rule out taking this case to international forums such as the Inter-American Commission for Human Rights (IACHR). The question is, can it be?

Doesn't the forum only cover countries on the Americas and Indonesia not included in the IACHR jurisdiction?

How is the diplomatic relationship between Indonesia and Brazil going forward? Should this case be the concern of President Prabowo who is attending the BRICS Summit in Brazil? Check out the full information on VOI.id.
