Beware Of Traffic Jams, There Will Be Improvements On The JORR Toll Road Until Next Tuesday

JAKARTA - PT Jasa Marga (Persero) through PT Jasamarga Metropolitan Tollroad (JMT) will carry out road pavement reconstruction on the Jakarta Outer Ring Road (JORR) to improve road quality and driving convenience as well as to maintain Minimum Service Standards (SPM).

Marketing and Communication Department Head of Jasamarga Metropolitan Tollroad Panji Satriya said the lane that became the object of the temporary work could not be crossed during the work, but other lanes could be used as traffic lanes.

"This maintenance is part of efforts to ensure driving comfort and prevent potential greater road damage in the future," Panji said in a written statement, Thursday, July 3.

Panji added that the work will take place in lane 1 towards Cikunir / Tanjung Priok, precisely at KM 38 + 435 to KM 38 + 545 along about 110 meters.

"This work is scheduled to start on Saturday, July 5, 2025 at 06.00 WIB until Tuesday, July 8, 2025 at 16.00 WIB," he said.

Even though it is done with traffic regulation, said Panji, this work has the potential to cause traffic congestion at certain hours around the location.

He appealed to road users to be careful and pay attention to traffic signs and directions from officers in the field.

Most importantly, he continued, make sure the electronic card balance is sufficient for smooth running on the way.
