"By-Oleh" President Prabowo Subianto From Saudi Arabia, Strategic Investment Commitment Of IDR 437.8 Trillion

JEDDAH, SAUDI ARABIA - President Prabowo Subianto held a meeting with Saudi Arabian Prime Minister (PM) Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud (MBS) on Wednesday, July 2 afternoon local time.

The two signed a number of agreements and memorandums of understanding between business actors of the two countries with a value of USD 27 billion or around IDR 437.8 trillion, including in the field of clean energy and the digital economy.

This investment is expected to open up new jobs in Indonesia and encourage the growth of priority sectors, ranging from energy, downstream industry, to environmentally friendly technology.

During President Prabowo's state visit, the Supreme Coordination Council or the Saudi Highest Coordination Council was also formed.

Presiden Prabowo Subianto dan Pangeran MBS juga menekankan pentingnya kerja sama terkait layanan kesehatan jemaah haji dan umrah, penguatan indutsri pharmacy, vaksin, dan teknologi kesehatan.
