Puan Regarding Hasto's Prosecution Session: Follow The Legal Process As Best You Can

JAKARTA - The chairman of the DPR and the Chairperson of the PDI-P (PDIP) DPP Puan Maharani responded to the trial of the demands faced by the PDIP Secretary General (Secretary General) Hasto Kristiyanto, a defendant in interim bribery (PAW) for members of the DPR and the obstruction of Harun Masiku's investigation. Puan hopes that the legal process will run fairly.

"Yes, the best, and we will carry out the legal process as well as possible and don't let things go wrong," said Puan, Thursday, July 3.

The trial of the alleged PAW bribery case for members of the DPR and the obstruction of the investigation with the defendant Hasto entering the reading of the prosecutor's indictment on Thursday, July 3, the KPK prosecutor stated that he had prepared a file for Hasto's demands. The letter of demand against Hasto is ready to be read out in court.

Regarding the appointment of the Acting Secretary General to replace Hasto, Puan ensured that information related to this matter would soon be announced to the public.

"We will definitely announce it as soon as possible," explained the chairman of the PDIP DPP.

Meanwhile, regarding the possibility of the PDIP Congress being held in August, Puan revealed that there has been no definite decision from the PDIP regarding the timing of the congress.

"Be patient. Not yet, there is no spill yet," said Puan.
