Liverpool Rejects Approach From Any Club For Luis Diaz

JAKARTA - Liverpool have just rejected an approach from Bayern Munich who wants to recruit winger Luis Diaz.

The Reds reported ESPN had no intention of letting the Colombian National Team (Timnas) player leave this summer.

Diaz enjoyed the most productive season of his Liverpool career last season. He scored 17 goals in all competitions and helped Arne Slot's team win the Premier League title.

The 28-year-old forward has a remaining two-year contract and has been linked with a move from Anfield.

However, Bayern Munich Sports Director, Max Eberl, has been informed that Liverpool have no intention or desire to hold talks, after the Bundesliga club approached the player.

This is the second time Liverpool have taken a similar stance in a few weeks, having rejected interest from Barcelona in early summer.

The Reds will not consider further approaches to Diaz and assert that he is not available for transfer.
