Prabowo Reveals Umrah, Beats Aswad In Saudi Arabia's Visit Sela

JAKARTA - President Prabowo Subianto performed the Umrah service and had the opportunity to beat Aswad in the Holy City of Makkah on Wednesday morning, local time, on the sidelines of a series of state visits to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Reported by ANTARA, Thursday, July 3, upon arrival in the courtyard of the Grand Mosque, President Prabowo was warmly welcomed by pilgrims from Indonesia who were performing their prayers.

The Head of State waved as a form of greeting and respect for the pilgrims who enthusiastically welcomed his presence.

The President then entered the Kaaba and performed the sunnah prayer. This moment is a rare opportunity that reflects the closeness of relations between Indonesia and Saudi Arabia as well as the Kingdom's respect for the Head of State of Indonesia.

After leaving the Kaaba, the President performed the sunnah kissing Hajar Aswad, followed by carrying out tawaf around the Kaaba.

After carrying out tawaf, the President returned to greet the pilgrims from Indonesia who were around the Grand Mosque.

President Prabowo's Umrah Worship was continued by carrying out sa'i from Bukit Shafa to Marwah, then ending with tahalul as a sign of the completion of the Umrah series of worship.

This activity is not only a manifestation of the President's personal piety, but also strengthens the spiritual ties between the leaders and the people of Indonesia, as well as strengthens special relations between Indonesia and Saudi Arabia.
