Tunu Pratama Jaya Ship Sinks In The Bali Strait
BANYUWANGI - The Passenger Motorboat (KMP) Tunu Pratama Jaya carrying dozens of passengers sank in the Bali Strait, Wednesday (2/7) night at around 23.35 WIB.
Banyuwangi SAR Post Coordinator Wahyu Setia Budi confirmed the sinking of KMP Tunu Pratama Jaya, which carried dozens of passengers while on the Ketapang-Gilimanuk route.
"KMP Tunu Pratama Jaya departed from Ketapang Port, Banyuwangi Regency at around 22:56 WIB to Gilimanuk Port, Jembrana Regency, Bali," Wahyu said as quoted by ANTARA, Thursday, July 3.

According to him, the ferry on the Ketapang-Gilimanuk route sank at around 23.35 WIB before arriving at Gilimanuk Harbor.
Wahyu said the data on the number of passengers or manifests of the Tunu Pratama Jaya KMP carrying 53 passengers, 12 crew members and 22 vehicles.
