First Check, Is The Usual Way To Wash Clothes Is Correct?
JAKARTA - Washing clothes is not a difficult activity, but washing requires care. However, many mistakes are made without realizing it when washing. If we are not careful and ignore the details, then our clothes will not last long.
Due to complicated reasons, often the clothes to be washed are not separated first. This is indeed sometimes not necessary for some people, however, if it is not done this will cause our clothes to wear off and get damaged. Not only according to color, before washing, we should classify clothes according to the type of material or fabric to prevent damage to the fabric fibers.
Open the buttons when we wash clothes to prevent our clothes buttons from getting caught during the washing process. Small things like this only take a short time but can make our clothes last longer.
Bleach is often the main helper to remove stubborn stains such as blood or sweat that have imprinted on our clothes. However, don't overdo it with bleach.
The nature of bleach is to oxidize the dirt in the clothes and if it is used for colored clothes it can remove the color of the clothes themselves. So the use of bleach should be sufficient and only for white clothes.
Want to be clean? No need to use large amounts of detergent. Because more detergent does not mean it is more effective at removing stains on our clothes. In fact, if we use excess detergent it will make it difficult to lose the foam produced in the detergent during the rinsing process and if exposed, our skin will become rough and hot when in direct contact with the detergent.
The solution to overcoming excessive detergent use and environmental pollution and preventing rough hands is to use detergents made from plant active ingredients without LABSA which are made from vegetable oils obtained from coconut, palm oil, or soybeans.
Plant-based detergents are one of the new eras of washing clothes because they are easily biodegradable so they are environmentally friendly. In foreign countries, detergents made from plants have been used for a long time.
Unfortunately, the average conventional detergent circulating in Indonesia contains LABSA or Linear Alkyl Benzene Sulphonic Acid. LABSA is an organic fatty acid (petroleum derivative) which dissolves in water and diluted to give off heat. If exposed to the skin it will feel hot and wrinkled or cracked, if we are not careful, LABSA can be very dangerous for us. We recommend that we use products that are more natural so that they are safe for the skin of the hands to wash clothes. Choose detergents made from plants that are more soluble in cleaning into the fibers of clothes.
