Nikita Mirzani And LM Will Be Witnesses In The Case Of Immoral Vadel Badjideh

JAKARTA - The trial of cases of alleged sexual intercourse and abortion involving content creator Vadel Badjideh was held again with the agenda of examining witnesses.

Where the witnesses presented were Nikita Mirzani as the reporter and his daughter, Laura Meizani alias LM who was the victim.

"Indeed, today the trial for the examination of the reporting witness in this case is Nikita Mirzani and the victim witness named Laura Meizani Mawardi," said Fahmi Bachmid, Nikita Mirzani's attorney at the South Jakarta District Court, Wednesday, July 2.

"He (LM) is already in one place where I will place him and God willing, it will be around 1 o'clock, in 2 o'clock God willing, it will be examined and the trial is closed to the public," he continued.

Fahmi ensured that both Nikita and LM were both ready to undergo the trial process reported by Nikita Mirzani some time ago.

"Yes, Niki must have been examined because it is in accordance with the procedural law, the first to be examined is the victim witness and the reporting witness. Both of them are ready to come. I have also communicated," said Fahmi.

"Laura like it or not, she must be ready and have to explain what happened to her because this is her opportunity to convey before the panel of judges that she is a child who is a victim of the actions of an irresponsible person," said Fahmi.

In the previous trial, Vadel Badjideh was suspected of violating the Health Law regarding abortion and the Child Protection Act. Vadel was charged with Article 76D in conjunction with Article 81 paragraph 1 of the Child Protection Law, with a minimum threat of five years and a maximum of 15 years in prison.
