Gerindra's Attitude Regarding The Constitutional Court's Decision To Separate Elections

JAKARTA - The daily chairman of the Gerindra DPP, Sufmi Dasco Ahmad, opened his voice regarding Gerindra's attitude towards the decision of the Constitutional Court (MK) which separates national and local elections.

This was conveyed by Sufmi Dasco after escorting President Prabowo Subianto at Halim Perdanakusuma Air Base, Tuesday, July 1.

According to Sufmi Dasco, Gerindra could not confirm whether to follow the Constitutional Court's decision or not. Previously, the NasDem Party had stated that it rejected the Constitutional Court's decision.

As previously reported, the Constitutional Court made the Constitutional Court's decision Number 135 / PUU-XXII / 2024 concerning the separation of national elections and regional elections.

Sufmi Dasco, who also serves as Deputy Speaker of the DPR, said that he would review the decision of the Constitutional Court.
