Achieve 39 Votes, Jasa Marga Boss Rivan Achmad Elected As General Chair Of ATI 2025-2028

JAKARTA - President Director of PT Jasa Marga Tbk (JSMR) Rivan Achmad Purwantono was elected as General Chair of the Indonesian Toll Road Entrepreneurs Association (ATI) for the period 2025-2028 at the Annual Member Meeting (RAT) in Malang City, East Java.

Rivan took the lead by winning 39 votes, outperforming the other two candidates from Nusantara Infrastructure and Hutama Karya.

Rivan said he would strengthen the digital ecosystem of toll roads in Indonesia, increase operational efficiency and strengthen sustainability commitments.

"Because toll roads are no longer just roads, but the backbone of mobility and national economic growth," Rivan said as quoted from his written statement, Tuesday, July 1.

He said strategic collaboration between national toll road operators would be the key to increasing comfort, safety and operational cost efficiency. Rivan is also optimistic that ATI will become a catalyst for toll road innovation in Indonesia.

In addition to the appointment of the General Chair, ATI has also reshuffled the management structure and supervisory board to ensure accountable governance.

The following is the composition of the AtI Management for the 2025-2028 Period:

- General Chair: Rivan Achmad Purwantono;

- Secretary General concurrently with Executive Director: Kris Ade Sudiyono;

- Treasurer: M. Ramdani Basri;

- Member of the Management for Investment Policy and Institutional Relations: Suarmin Tioniwar;

- Member of the Management for Industrial Development and Engineering Policy: Koentjoro;

- Member of the Management for Operational Policy, Traffic Management and Technology Development: Fitri Wiyanti;

- Member of the Management Division of Asset Management Policy, Maintenance and Environmental Sustainability: Rinaldi;

- Member of the Management for Resources, Public and Social Communication Policy: Banu Setianto.

Meanwhile, the ATI 2025-2028 Supervisory Board now consists of Adhi Resza as Chairman of the Supervisory Board; Supervisor 2 Yenny Shintawati; Supervisor 3 Endang P. Sundari; Supervisor 4 Yaya Ruhiya; Supervisor 5 Lasino; and Supervisor 6 Isnaputra Iskandar.

Rivan's leadership is expected to bring fresh value propositions, spur innovation and strengthen Jasa Marga's reputation as a pioneer of toll road infrastructure in Indonesia.
