JAKARTA - Rich Brian officially launched his newest single titled "Oh Well" Friday, June 27 yesterday. This song will be part of his upcoming album, WHERE IS MY HEAD?, which is scheduled to launch on August 15.
Equipped with a visualizer by Jared Hogan, this single comes after his first live appearance in several years at the Head In The Clouds Festival in Los Angeles. which is watched by 40 thousand people.
The final single before the release of the album marks the end of the story of Maestro and Movie characters Brian, who was first introduced in the music video from the previous single: Little Ray of Light, Butterfly, and Jumpy (feat. Ski Mask The Slump God), all of which features Rich Brian's creative evolution process.
In the 'Oh Well,' Brian replaces the energetic tempo of the previous single 'Jumpy' with a calmer bittersweet feel. This song carries an alternative R&B feel that is slowly but painful, featuring Brian exploring heart wounds through honest storytelling and dream melodies reflecting feelings of longing and disappointment from a broken heart that has not fully recovered.
