South Jakarta Police Schedules Call For Edward Akbar July 11 Regarding Cases Of Alleged Car Embezzlement

Public Relations of the South Jakarta Metro Police, Kompol Murohih, said that the summons for examination of Edward Akbar regarding the alleged car embezzlement case had been postponed.

Based on the summons, Edward Akbar should have been summoned today, Thursday, June 26 by carrying a BMW that was allegedly embezzled by him.

"(So called) on the 11th (July), today we have not received any information," said Kompol Murohih when contacted by the media, Thursday, June 26.

He also emphasized that this case is still in the process of being investigated and has sent a summons back to Edward.

"(Cases) are still investigating, summons has been sent," he continued.

Previously, KimberlyRIDer's attorney, Machi Ahmad, said that Edward had been absent from the mediation summons twice over this case, so his party claimed Edward was hindering this case.

"Yes (Edward hindered the case), the first mediation invitation was not present. We have also informed the legal counsel, the second he also promised in May to attend the mediation process but there was no news either," said Machi Ahmad at the South Jakarta Metro Police, Wednesday, June 18.

"From several summons from the South Police, the letter was returned," Machi continued.
