President Prabowo Leaves For Bali To Inaugurate BIH At SEZ Sanur
JAKARTA - President Prabowo Subianto left for Bali Province from Halim Perdanakusuma Air Force Base (Lanud), Jakarta, during a working visit to inaugurate Bali International Hospital (BIH) in the Sanur Health Special Economic Zone (KEK), Denpasar City.
In Denpasar, President Prabowo is also scheduled to inaugurate the Ngoerah Sun Wellness and Aesthetic Center health facility at the Central General Hospital (RSUP) Prof. dr. IGNG Ngoerah.
The PK-GRD presidential plane carrying President Prabowo took off from Halim Perdanakusuma Air Base, Jakarta, Wednesday at around 10.00 WIB, Wednesday, June 25.
The President's departure was released by a number of high-ranking TNI and Polri officials, namely Kasdam Jaya Brigadier General Rachmad, Deputy Chief of Metro Jaya Police Brigadier General Djati Wiyoto Century, Danrem 051/Wijayakarta Brigadier General Nugroho Imam Santoso, and Danlanud Halim Perdanakusuma Marsma TNI Erwin Sugiandi.
President Prabowo's working visit to Bali not only emphasizes the government's focus on the health and economic sectors, but also strengthens Bali's position as a strategic destination for the transformation of international standard public services, "said the official broadcast of the Presidential Secretariat as reported by ANTARA.
In a series of working visits today, President Prabowo was accompanied by Cabinet Secretary Teddy Indra Wijaya who took part in the same flight from Jakarta to Bali.
Bali International Hospital (BIH) in the Sanur Health Special Economic Zone (KEK), Denpasar, which is one of the national strategic projects, has been operating since April 14, 2025. In the first weeks of operation, BIH has served 19 patients who access comprehensive health checks (MCU) and 14 emergency patients.

BIH international hospitals have an area of 67,465 square meters and are equipped with 255 beds with locations near the Sanur tourist area with attractive Sanur Beach and Segara Ayu Beach.
There are also superior services at the hospital, namely cardiology, cancer, nerves, digestive tract and orthopedic / bone (CONGO).
The Sanur Health SEZ, which has a total area of 41.26 hectares, is targeted to be able to invite investments of around Rp. 10.2 trillion and is estimated to absorb around 43,647 workers, both direct and indirect.
The Sanur Health SEZ is also expected to absorb patients who previously treated abroad to be treated at the facility with a total of 123-240 thousand patients in 2030.
With fewer patients from Indonesia seeking treatment abroad, it is hoped that foreign exchange savings from Indonesian citizens who previously treated abroad will be treated at the SEZ with an estimated total of IDR 86 trillion and the potential for additional foreign exchange of IDR 19.6 trillion is projected until 2045.
