Israel Had Attacked Radar Locations In Tehran, But Continue The Onslaught

JAKARTA - Israel attacked a radar location north of Tehran, but refrained from carrying out further attacks after Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu spoke with US President Donald Trump.

The attack on Iran, which launched hours after the ceasefire came into force, came after Israeli officials accused Tehran of violating a ceasefire by firing several missiles at Israel.

Israel's Prime Minister's Office (PMO) said Trump expressed great appreciation for Israel and Netanyahu committed to refraining from further attacks.

Iran's state-affiliated news agency Fars said its correspondent heard an explosion in northern Iran, hours after Israel and Iran agreed to a ceasefire.

Koresponden Fars melaporkan anak terdengar di kota pesisir Babolsar, utara Tehran.

Rescue vehicles and ambulances are moving towards the blast site.

Earlier, Israel said two Iranian ballistic missiles were launched into Israel about three hours after the ceasefire Trump announced came into effect.

At the White House, Trump later described it as a rocket that did not land, which was fired possibly due to a mistake.
