11 Indonesian Citizens Evacuated From Iran And 2 From Israel Arriving In Indonesia
JAKARTA - Director of Protocol and Consular Services of the Indonesian Ministry of Foreign Affairs Andy Rachmianto said that on Tuesday, 11 Indonesian citizens who were evacuated from Iran and 2 Indonesian citizens from Israel had arrived in the country.
"Alhamdulillah, at 17:35 WIB out of 97 people who were evacuated from Iran, 11 have arrived (watershed), originating from East Java and East Kalimantan," Andy explained in a press statement at Soekarno-Hatta International Airport, Tangerang, Banten, Tuesday 24 June.
"In addition, previously at 17:00 there were two Indonesian citizens who had been evacuated from Jordan," he continued.
"Those who have recorded the return of our Indonesian citizens until tonight. We hope that tomorrow or the day after tomorrow we are still waiting for the schedule, they can be immediately flown to the country," said Andy.
It is known that the Ministry of Foreign Affairs recorded 386 Indonesian citizens in Iran and 194 Indonesian citizens in Israel. Of these, 97 people in Iran were successfully evacuated to Baku, Azerbaijan, while 4 people in Israel were successfully evacuated to Amman, Jordan.
Andi said this evacuation was in accordance with President Prabowo Subianto's directives, which since the Iran-Israeli conflict broke out, ordered the government, in this case the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, to prepare anticipatory and preparatory steps.
"They are in good health even though the trip has been very long, since June 20 out of Iran, several days waiting in Baku for the scheduled flight to Indonesia," Andy explained.

It is known that 11 Indonesian citizens arrived in the country today using Turkish Airlines TK56 airline. The plane landed Soekarno-Hatta International Airport and exited through the Arrival Area of Umrah Exit Gate, Terminal 3.
