Three District Court Judges Rantau Reported To KY Regarding Alleged Ethical Violations
Three judges at the Rantau District Court (PN), South Kalimantan, were reported to the Judicial Commission (KY) for allegedly committing ethical violations while handling land dispute cases.
The three judges reported were Achmad Iyut Nugraha, Dwi Army Okik Arissandi, and Fachrun Nurrisya Aini.
"I officially report (the panel) of judges at the Rantau District Court, South Kalimantan," said the reporter, Winda Asyriany, to reporters at KY, Tuesday, June 24.
According to him, the alleged ethical violation of the three judges was not upholding justice and the value of honesty when adjudicating case number 11 / Pdt.G / 2024 / Pn.Rta.
The case is a lawsuit from PT KAP against him regarding land ownership.
Winda said the land belonged to her husband, who had been used unilaterally by the plaintiff for nine years.
"The panel of judges arbitrarily changed the trial schedule without confirmation or without notification and or without the approval of the litigants and this is very detrimental to me as the defendant," he said.
"The panel of judges did not allow us to see or examine the evidence of the original plaintiff either or his photocopies. We were not given the opportunity," continued Winda.

In addition, during the evidentiary process in the judiciary, said Winda, Achmad Iyut Nugraha as chairman of the panel of judges repeatedly advised him to file an appeal and cassation if he was not satisfied. Although the trial process has not yet been completed.
"The minutes of the trial (BAS) cannot and have never been shown to us, even our attorneys have requested that BAS be shown and approved by the chairman of the panel of judges. However, in its implementation they are never allowed to see BAS," said Winda.
Meanwhile, the report has been received by the Judicial Commission which is registered with number 0585/VI/2025/P, dated June 24, 2025.
Meanwhile, the Spokesperson for the Judicial Commission, Mukti Fajar Nur Dewata, who was confirmed about the report, also confirmed it. It is said that all incoming reports will be followed up in accordance with the rules and procedures
"Yes, of course, the report will be processed according to the stages and procedures, from collecting evidence of examination witnesses to plenary sessions," said Mukti.
