NASA, Axiom Space, And SpaceX Ready To Launch Ax-4 Mission On June 25
JAKARTA The latest launch date for the Axiom 4 (Ax-4) mission has been set by NASA, Axiom Space, and SpaceX. All three agreed to fly the four crew into space on Wednesday, June 25.
Using SpaceX's Falcon 9 rocket, the Ax-4 mission will be launched around 13.31 WIB from the Kennedy Space Center, NASA's facility in Florida. Falcon 9 will push Dragon's aircraft to the International Space Station (ISS).
Dragon aircraft are expected to travel more than a day to arrive at the space station. If there are no problems, the plane will land four crew around 18.00 on Thursday, June 26.
The four crew members who joined this mission came from four different countries. There is a former NASA astronaut,get Whitson, who serves as mission leader and Astronaut of the Indian Space Research Organization (ISRO), Shubhanshu Shukla, who serves as a pilot.

Meanwhile, two other astronauts came from the European Space Agency (ESA), namely Sryptowosz Uzna Marijuki-Wimeniewski and Tibor Kapu. Each of these astronauts came from Poland and Hungary. Both serve as mission specialists.
With the set of the latest launch schedule for the Ax-4 mission, NASA has finished reviewing the back of the Zvezda service module on the ISS. They have confirmed that the station is ready to accept additional astronauts.
They have also been monitoring the pressure in the transfer tunnel section. Previously, the pressure in the area had decreased. Once repaired, astronauts can enter the space station without a problem.
