If your device is included in the list above, you will most likely get an Android 16 update when the brand starts rolling out. Otherwise, you'd recommend an official announcement before deciding to replace the device.
As usual, the Google Pixel device will be the first to receive the latest version of Android updates. Other brands usually take longer because they have to adjust the system to their custom interface and do beta testing first. It is estimated that the Android 16 update from other brands will start rolling out around July 2025.
