The Mayor Of East Jakarta Calls The Head Of Malaka Sari Village Still Serving Even Though He Has Been Internally Examined

JAKARTA - The Mayor of East Jakarta, Munjirin, said that the Head of Malaka Sari Village was still in office even though he was involved in borrowing money from a number of Public Infrastructure and Facilities Handling (PPSU) officers.

"Still until there has been no further decision, while it is still there (serving the village head)," he said when confirmed, Sunday (22/6/2025).

Meanwhile, the internal examination of the Malaka Sari Village Head has been completed at the Duren Sawit District level. The village head will also receive staffing guidance by the East Jakarta City Government.

"It has been checked by an internal direct supervisor, it has been completed (at the sub-district level)," he said.

Meanwhile, regarding the payment of a loan of PPSU money by the Head of the Malacca Sari Village, Munjirin said that the village head had completed it.

"The return has been completed. Later the learning will be carried out for personnel coaching," he said.

Previously, it was reported that a number of Public Infrastructure and Facilities Handling (PPSU) officers in Malaka Sari Village, Duren Sawit District, East Jakarta, claimed to have been lent money by the local village head.

The total debt requested by the village head is said to have reached tens of millions of rupiah, with varying amounts from each PPSU.

In fact, this money is really needed by PPSU for important purposes, such as children's school fees and daily needs.
