The Maximum Rate Of The Jabodebek LRT During Jakarta's 498th Anniversary Is IDR 10,000
JAKARTA - The Jabodebek LRT has imposed a maximum tariff of IDR 10,000 for all routes on the celebration of Jakarta's 498th anniversary today.
This is because Jakarta's anniversary coincides with Sunday.
"In addition, according to weekend provisions, users are also allowed to bring non-folding bicycles on trains," said Jabodebek LRT Executive Vice President Mochamad Purnomosidi in an official statement, Sunday, June 22.
Purnomosidi said that in order to welcome the 498th Anniversary of Jakarta City, the Jabodebek LRT presented a series of lively activities and decorations at various stations in the DKI Jakarta area.
"This activity is a form of participation in the Jabodebek LRT in celebrating the anniversary of the city of Jakarta as well as getting closer to the community as a modern and integrated mode of public transportation," he said.
Purnomosidi said a number of Jabodebek LRT stations located in Jakarta areas such as Kampung Rambutan, Ciracas, Cawang, Ciliwung, Cikoko, Pancoran bank bjb, Kuningan, Rasuna Said, Setiabudi, Dukuh Atas BNI, Halim, and TMII have been decorated with Betawi tubers.
"To further revive the typical atmosphere of Jakarta, ondel-ondel statues or dolls were also installed at several stations such as TMII, Cawang, Halim, Kuningan, and Dukuh Atas BNI," he said.
Purnomosidi said the Jabodebek LRT also supports the mobility of residents who want to watch the peak night of Jakarta's anniversary celebration on June 22, 2025 at Banteng Square.
The public can use the Jabodebek LRT and get off at Setiabudi Station, then continue their journey by Transjakarta route 6H, and get off at the Banteng 3 Lapangan Bus Stop.
"With this integration, users can reach the celebration center more easily and free from congestion," said Purnomosidi.
As the peak of a series of celebrations in the Jabodebek LRT environment, on June 23, 2025, a special activity will be held at Dukuh Atas BNI Station. Users can enjoy Betawi culinary delights for free, such as pletok beer, mayang scarves, and other traditional snacks provided in the station area.
The atmosphere will be even more lively with the presence of Abang None Jakarta who also welcomes and interacts with users.
Not only that, as many as 498 special edition Multi Trip Cards (KMT) for Jakarta Anniversary will also be distributed to lucky users on that day.

Adding to the spirit of celebration, all Jabodebek LRT service officers will also wear Betawi traditional clothes on June 23, 2025, to welcome users with a thick local cultural feel.
