High Performance Cars From Mercedes-Benz Ready To Show Off At GIIAS 2025

JAKARTA - One of the country's annual automotive exhibitions, namely the Gaikindo Indonesia International Auto Show (GIIAS) will be enlivened by various well-known vehicle brands ranging from the regular to premium segments.

For this year's edition, the event which will take place from July 24 to August 3 will be attended by premium brands such as Mercedes-Benz.

The German automotive manufacturer does not want to lose in launching its newest vehicle, one of the latest models at GIIAS 2025 is AMG line.

"At GIIAS 2025, we will introduce a model of high performance vehicle typical of Mercedes-Benz with a very distinctive pattern and color. So, this is indeed a model that our customers have been waiting for in Indonesia," said Public Relations of PT Inchcase Indomobil Distribution Indonesia, Pramistya Irawati in her explanation ahead of GIIAS 2025 in Kuningan, Jakarta recently.

It can be seen from the silhouette presented, it is estimated that the car is a Mercedes-AMG CLE Cabriolet which combines a luxurious design and high performance with a opened roof.

"It's thin, yes, for media colleagues. This is a high performance model we have prepared and appeared at GIIAS 2025," added Tya.

Mercedes-AMG CLE 53 4 Matic+ was launched globally in the middle of last year with various functions for daily use.

Globally, this car comes as the second model of Mercedes-AMG to accompany SL Roadster in providing open roof driving pleasure.

AMG CLE 53 4MATIC+ Cabriolet is equipped with a 6-cylinder engine with a 449-hp-powered cylinder with a peak torque of 560 Nm, plus a 17 kW electric thrust and 205 Nm torque by driving all fully variable AMG Performance 4MATIC+ wheels and active rear wheel steering for agile handling.

This car is capable of traveling 0-100 km/hour in 4.2 seconds. The highest speed is limited electronically by 250 km/hour but can be increased to 270 km/hour with the AMG Driver optional package.
