Government Salurkan Rp12.59 Trillion Until May 2025 For FLPP Program

JAKARTA - The government noted that until May 31, 2025, it had distributed IDR 12.59 trillion to support subsidized housing programs through the Housing Financing Liquidity Facility (FLPP) scheme.

Meanwhile, FLPP is part of investment financing in the APBN, with the aim of helping low-income people (MBR) have easier access to housing financing, so they can have quality houses at affordable prices.

"In the housing sector through the FLPP program, the realization until May reached IDR 12.59 trillion, growing from IDR 10.96 trillion in the previous month," said Deputy Minister of Finance (Wamenkeu) Thomas A. M. Djiwandono in his statement, quoted Friday, May 20.

Thomas added that this financing has supported 101,707 housing units in 379 regencies/cities, up from 88,482 housing units in 362 regencies/cities in the previous month.

He explained that in 2025, the Government allocated a FLPP budget of Rp. 18.77 trillion with a distribution target of 220,000 housing units.

According to him, this adds to the realization of the FLPP program which has been running with a total distribution of FLPP from 2010 to 2024 of 1,598,879 housing units worth Rp. 151.22 trillion.

In addition, he said that the Government is also planning additional allocations for FLPP to support the implementation of the 3 million house program.

"From the total allocation in 2025 of IDR 18.77 trillion, the government has disbursed IDR 11.5 trillion to BP Tapera and prepared additional allocations to support the target program of 3 million houses," explained Thomas.

Previously, Minister of Finance (Menkeu) Sri Mulyani Indrawati said the President asked all ranks of ministers to accelerate the various priority programs that have been running, one of which is FLPP.

According to him, acceleration needs to be improved both in terms of scale and speed, so that each program can provide a multiplier effect in the economy as well as for the community in the form of creating job opportunities, increasing welfare, and economic growth.

"At this time, the President continues to ask all ranks of ministers to implement and implement various programs that have been implemented so far," he said.

Sri Mulyani said that acceleration is very important, especially programs such as nutritious food, free nutritious food, programs in the housing sector, increasing FLPP targets, red and white village cooperative programs, and people's school programs.
