Komdigi Prepares SE For Global-Tech To Report The Number Of Digital Talents They Train
JAKARTA - The Ministry of Communication and Digital will issue a Circular to a global tech company in collaboration with Komdigi, to report data on the number of participants who have participated in digital training from each company program.
Head of the Human Resources Development Agency (BPSDM) Komdigi, Bonifasius Wahyu Pudjianto said that as a collaboration axis between the government and various sectors, Komdigi must know how many talents have participated in training in each program.
"In the near future we will issue circulars to companies, domestic and foreign countries. The commodity is the hub to receive various assistance related to digital training. The tracking please update to us," Boni said at the Ngopi Bareng Komdigi event on Friday, June 20.
For this reason, Komdigi is also preparing a reporting system to monitor the number of digital talents who have been trained through various collaboration programs with global technology companies and international organizations.

"Later on, we will have what we call the data collection. Usually monthly, every month they (global tech) enter data. But this is a process, in the near future, hopefully we will invite a global technology company," added Boni.
This step is part of the Ministry of Communication and Industry's strategy to support the development of the national digital ecosystem by printing Indonesian digital talents capable of competing internationally.
Because, data from Komdigi states that Indonesia has a target to create 12 million digital talents in the country. Collaboration with these various sectors is also expected to be able to assist the government in achieving the target.
