Komdigi Returns To Commemorating 7 PSEs That Have Not Fulfilled Registration Obligations

JAKARTA - The Ministry of Communication and Digital Affairs said that until June 17, 2025, there were seven Private Scope Electronic System Operators (PSE) who had not responded to the registration of their electronic systems.

The following is a list of Private Scope PSEs that have received warning letters:

Previously, Komdigi had given the first warning letter for 36 Private Scope PSEs to immediately register and update the data. However, after the letter, the remaining 7 PSEs have not done so.

"The Ministry of Trade has submitted a warning letter to seven PSEs that have not fulfilled their registration obligations as stipulated in the Minister of Communication and Information Regulation Number 5 of 2020," said the Director General of Digital Space Supervision of the Ministry of Communication and Industry, Alexander Sabar.

Therefore, Alex emphasized, if the time limit set by the PSEs still does not show a commitment in fulfilling registration obligations, the Ministry of Communication and Trade will take firm steps including terminating access or blocking services, as stipulated in Article 7 of the Regulation of the Minister of Communication and Information Number 5 of 2020.

"Komdigi urges all PSE Private Scope to immediately respond to the warning letter that has been submitted," said Alex further.

He also said that the Ministry of Komdigi opened a clarification room for PSEs that faced technical problems or other obstacles in the registration process.

"All PSEs must comply with applicable provisions in order to create orderly and responsible electronic system governance in Indonesia," he said.
