President Prabowo Subianto Place Karangan Bunga For Victims Of The Lendingrad Tragedy

RUSSIA - Presiden Prabowo Subianto hadir di Piskaryovskoe Memorial Cemetery, Rusia, Kamis 20 Juni untuk memberikan penghormat kepada para korban tragedi pertempatan Leningrad.

Arriving at the location, President Prabowo Subianto laid a wreath. This activity is part of President Prabowo's state visit to Russia in order to strengthen bilateral relations between the two countries.

The Lendingrad incident is a dark event that occurred in Russia. Hundreds of thousands of civilians and soldiers who died during the blockade of the Leningrad by Nazi forces in World War II which took place from 1941 to 1944, were buried in Piskaryovskoe Memorial Cemetery.

President Prabowo Subianto laid a wreath under the Motherland Mother Statue, a symbol of the determination of the Russian people in dealing with the blockade. President Prabowo's process of silence was followed by a solemn entourage under the rain.
