President Prabowo Subianto Welcomed By Military Ceremony In Russia

RUSSIA - President Prabowo Subianto landed at Pulkovo International Airport, St. Petersburg, the Russian Federation on Wednesday, June 18 afternoon local time. President Prabowo's arrival was greeted with a military ceremony.

President Prabowo Subianto's presence in Russia was a state visit at President Vladimir Putin's official invitation. President Prabowo Subianto was greeted by Russian Prime Minister Denis Manturov. Then accompanied by Manturov, President Prabowo Subianto met with top Russian officials.

Participating in the remarks, Senator Dagestan Ilyas Umakanov, Russian Ambassador to Indonesia Sergei Tolchenov, and Governor of St. Petersburg Alexander Beglov. President Prabowo Subianto was accompanied by Cabinet Secretary Teddy Indra Wijaya, Indonesian Ambassador to the Russian Federation Jose Tavares, Minister of Foreign Affairs Sugiono, and Defense Attache of the Indonesian Embassy in Moscow First Marshal Jatmiko Adi.

President Prabowo Subianto will conduct a series of agendas in Russia, including a meeting with President Vladimir Putin.
