Visiting The KPK Today, PKP Minister Maruarar Sirait Calls Providing Data And Information
JAKARTA - Minister of Housing and Settlement Areas (PKP) Maruarar Sirait visited the KPK's Merah Putih building, Kuningan Persada, South Jakarta. There are a number of discussions, one of which is the exchange of information and data.
He conveyed this after holding a closed-door meeting with KPK Chairman Setyo Budiyanto and structural ranks. He said, there was a memorandum of understanding (MoU) that had been signed.
"We have signed the MoU. I am very grateful for the direct signature by the Chairman of the KPK, Mr Setyo and ourselves," Maruarar told reporters, Wednesday, June 18.
Maruarar said talks were productive at the meeting.
"The point is, is one, the exchange of information and data," he said.
Another discussion was also discussed by Maruarar at the meeting. Among them are asking the KPK to help prevent corruption in its ministry and want to add human resources (HR) to assist government programs.
"And the KPK leadership responded quickly. I am very happy and very happy. The KPK is very open and supporting us," said the Gerindra Party politician.

Maruarar also said there were several things that the anti-corruption commission needed to pay more attention to. However, he did not elaborate further.
"I think that. In essence, I would like to thank the KPK, the KPK leadership, for the complete KPK ranks who really help us to prevent corruption which is also a fair and correct law enforcement in our ministry," he said.
Meanwhile, KPK Secretary General Cahya H. Harefa said his party was open to helping the Ministry of PKP led by Maruarar. Including the matter of adding human resources to oversee government programs, one of which is 3 million subsidized houses.
"In particular, the Minister also said, asking that there are three more KPK employees assigned to assist in PKP besides one that we have assigned there," said Cahya.
"Hopefully in the future good cooperation can be carried out so that what the President has assigned to the Minister, including 3 million houses and other programs, the Minister and his staff can make it happen well," he concluded.
