Keenan Nasution Does Not Cover The Possibility Of Submitting A Lawsuit Related To Mechanical Rights To Vidi Aldiano
JAKARTA - Keenan Nasution and Rudi Pekerti did not rule out the possibility of another civil lawsuit against Vidi Aldiano regarding the use of their song, Nuansa Bening.
As is known, Keenan and Rudi have filed a lawsuit against Vidi at the Central Jakarta Commercial Court asking for compensation of Rp. 24.5 billion for performing the song Nuansa Bening without permission in 31 commercial performances.
If the current lawsuit relates to the performance rights, Tiffany as one of Keenan and Rudi's legal team said there would be other lawsuits related to mechanical rights.
