There Is The Name Of Jokowi's Staff, Who Is Also A PSI Politician, Dini Shanti Purwono, In The Position Of PGN's New Commissioner

JAKARTA - The Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGMS) of PT Perusahaan Gas Negara Tbk or PGN approved changes in the composition of the company's management, one of which was to appoint Muhammad Haryo Yunianto as managing director of the subsidiary of PT Pertamina replacing Suko Hartono.

In addition, the Special Staff (Stafsus) of President Joko Widodo (Jokowi) Dini Shanti Purwono was appointed as Independent Commissioner of PT Perusahaan Gas Negara (Persero) aka PGN. Dini replaces Kiswodarmawan.

Dini himself was appointed by Jokowi as a staff member since the beginning of the leadership period of the Advanced Indonesia Cabinet in October 2019. Before he was in the Palace circle, Dini was one of the spokesmen for the Jokowi-Ma'ruf Amin's national campaign team (TKN) in the 2019 presidential and vice presidential election contest.

"Shareholders have honorably dismissed some of the company's management, including Independent Commissioner Kiswo Darmawan, President Director Suko Hartono, Director of Infrastructure and Technology Redy Ferryanto, Finance Director Arie Nobelta Kaban and Director of Strategy and Business Development Syahrial Mukhtar and assign a replacement," said the Corporate Secretary. PGN Rachmat Hutama in a written statement, quoted from Antara, Tuesday, May 4.

Rachmat explained, the AGMS also approved changes to the nomenclature of the board of directors, namely the commercial director to become director of sales and operations, director of HR and general to become director of HR and business support and director of finance to become director of finance and risk management.

The AGMS held by PT PGN, Monday 3 May, ratified the company's consolidated financial statements as well as the financial statements of the partnership and community development program (PKBL) for the 2020 financial year.

PGN continues to strive to optimize its subholding gas portfolio in order to provide optimal benefits, by managing 96 percent of national infrastructure and 92 percent of national natural gas trading.

PGN will be more comprehensive in carrying out its mandate and various breakthroughs to maintain the reliability and expansion of access to national natural gas.

With the results of the AGMS, said Rachmat, the membership composition of PGN's board of directors and Board of Commissioners after the AGM was as follows:
