Managing Director of PT Neta Auto Indonesia, Zhu Wenbin, said that this strategic collaboration is a tangible manifestation of the company's commitment to providing the best service to all customers in Indonesia.
"Through this collaboration too, we aim to significantly expand our total selling service network, especially in big cities, so that customers can easily access official and quality service services," he said, in an official statement received on Saturday, June 14.
Through the signing of this MoU, the Chinese brand and Otoklix officially established strategic collaborations to strengthen and expand their total selling service network in Indonesia.

"With a large network of Otoklix workshops, consumers no longer need to worry when they need maintenance services or vehicle repairs. Just contact the Call Center, consumers will be assisted to find the location of the nearest verified workshop," said Martin.
For the record, the entire maintenance process is carried out based on the protocol and technical specifications set by Neta to ensure the performance of electric vehicles remains optimal, safe, and efficient in the long term.
