Chandra Asri Distributes Dividends Of 30 Million US Dollars

JAKARTA - PT Chandra Asri Pacific Tbk (TPIA) will distribute cash dividends worth 30 million US dollars, or around Rp. 484.65 billion (BI middle rate of Rp. 16,155).

This was decided at the TPIA Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGMS) which was held in Jakarta on Wednesday, June 11, 2025.

The source of the dividend funds came from the remaining TPIA net profit for the 2018 financial year worth 123.55 million US dollars.

"As a form of appreciation from the company to shareholders for their ongoing support, the meeting has agreed to distribute additional cash dividends to the company's shareholders," wrote TPIA management quoted on Friday, June 13.

After being allocated for dividends, the remaining 2018 net profit of 93.55 million US dollars was decided by shareholders as retained earnings to finance the Company's business activities.

On the other hand, the meeting also approved the resignation of several members of the Board of Commissioners and Board of Directors of the Company, as well as the appointment of several members of the Board of Directors, which was effective from the closing of the Meeting until it was closed until 2027.

The directors who resigned were Sarayuth Vorapruekjaru, Petch Niyomsen, Jirathpol Sunsap, Anawat Chansaksong, Phuping Taweesarp and Mr. Boedijono Hadipoespito.

Then, Chantanida Sarigaphuti and Suracha Udomsak resigned from their positions as Commissioners.

Then, shareholders approved the appointment of Nongnapat Saisuti, Wittaya Guntawang, Ronald Sihombing and Hamim Thohari as the new Directors.

It is known, the company in 2024 posted a loss of 69.16 million US dollars, of which the previous year lost 33.57 million US dollars.
