AGMS Holds, Pertamina Appoints Oki Muraza As Deputy Director And Deputy Minister Of Investment To Be Deputy President Commissioner

JAKARTA - The Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGMS) of PT Pertamina (Persero) made changes to the ranks of the Board of Commissioners and Directors of Pertamina, on Thursday, June 12.

The GMS appointed Pertamina's new Board of Directors, Oki Muraza, as Deputy President Director replacing Wiko Migantoro. Shareholders also approved the appointment of Jaffee Arizon Suardin, who previously served as President Director of Pertamina International EP, as Logistics and Infrastructure Director. This position was previously occupied by Alfian Nasution.

Shareholders also appointed Agung Wicaksono as Director of Business Transformation and Sustainability as well as Andy Arvianto as Director of Human Resources (HR).

Meanwhile, M. Erry Sugiharto, who previously served as Director of Human Resources Pertamina, now serves as Director of Business Support.

At the same time, the GMS also determined changes to the ranks of the Pertamina Board of Commissioners, namely Todotua Pasaribu as Deputy President Commissioner and Nanik S. Deyang as Independent Commissioner.
