Summarecon Distributes Dividends Of IDR 148.57 Billion
PT Summarecon Agung Tbk (SMRA) will distribute dividends worth a total of IDR 148.57 billion or equivalent to IDR 9 per share.
SMRA President Director Adrianto Pitojo Adi said with the achievements achieved throughout the 2024 financial year, the company's General Meeting of Shareholders (GMS) approved the distribution of dividends of IDR 9 per share.
"We are grateful for this extraordinary achievement in the 2024 financial year. This very good momentum coincides with the age of Summarecon, which this year is even 50 years old, and we are optimistic that we will continue to work towards Indonesia Gold in line with market confidence in the products we develop," said Adrianto, in a virtual public expose, Thursday, June 12.
He also emphasized the company's commitment to continue to strengthen its core business by implementing adaptive strategies, in line with market dynamics and needs, as well as launching innovative products.
Based on the 2024 Annual Financial Report, SMRA posted revenue of IDR 10.62 trillion or an annual jump of 59.5% (year-on-year/yoy). Furthermore, net profit rose 74.2 percent to reach a record high of IDR 1.84 trillion.
Judging from the revenue contributors, the property development segment which includes residential and commercial sales was recorded at IDR 7.50 trillion, an increase of 84 percent yoy.
Furthermore, revenue from the property investment and management business segment was recorded at IDR 2.15 trillion, revenue from mall rentals of IDR 388 billion, and other income of IDR 967 billion.
