JAKARTA Responding to VOI's report regarding the company's internal conditions and concerns of a number of employees, NETA Auto through its parent company,bolon New Energy Automobile Co., Ltd., conveyed official clarification. The company ensures that the restructuring process is ongoing as a rescue measure to overcome financial challenges and maintain operational continuity.

Restructuring Steps: Led By Government, Supervised By Court

This restructuring is an active initiative led by the government and supervised by the Jiaxing People's Medium Court, Zhejiang Province. The goal is to solve the debt crisis legally, attract strategic resources, improve the management system, and create a solid basis for sustainable growth.

"This step was taken not only to save the company, but also to ensure the continuity of production, vehicle delivery, and protection of the rights of employees and car owners," the company said in a statement.

Main Plans In Restructuring

The Company's Capital Injection & New Team will cooperate with the liquidator team and prospective strategic investors to bring in new capital. The new CEO will also be appointed by global automotive executives to strengthen governance.

Operations Continue To Run At Home And Abroad

a. In the domestic market, factories like Tongxiang will start operating again gradually in the next six months.

b. In the international market, operations are not disrupted, and full-sale services will continue to run normally according to agreements with foreign partners. Consumers Keep on Prioritizing Purnajual Services, OTA updates, and spare parts supplies for all NETA models are maintained. Vehicle applications and systems also function normally.
