The Suspect Of Child Supplier To The Former Ngada Police Chief Will Soon Be Tried
The Investigation Team from the East Nusa Tenggara (NTT) Police Ditreskrimum stated that the case file for the suspect, a woman who supplied a number of minors to the former Ngada Police Chief AKBP Fajar, Fani alias Stefani, was complete.
"Thursday (12/6) at 10 o'clock it is scheduled to be transferred to the Kupang City Prosecutor's Office," said the Director of General Criminal Investigation at the NTT Police, Kombes Pol Patar Silalahi, as reported by ANTARA, Wednesday, June 11.
He said this was related to the development of the case of the former Ngada Police Chief AKBP Fajar who committed acts of sexual violence against three minors in Kupang City.
The actions taken by Fajar were carried out repeatedly from June 2024 to January 2025 in Kupang City.
Patar stated that Fani's case file was declared complete and received by NTT Police investigators on Wednesday (11/6) morning.
Head of the Information and Law Section of the NTT Prosecutor's Office, AA Raka Putra, said that in the submission of Phase II by the NTT Police investigators, the suspect, evidence (BB) and case files would be included in the hands of the Kupang City Prosecutor's Office.
"Good evening, colleagues, we convey that tomorrow morning at 10 o'clock there will be a handover of the suspect and BB case on behalf of the suspect Fani at the Kupang Kejari city," he said via Whatsap message.
Fani is a suspect who brought or as an intermediary in the alleged criminal act of sexual harassment against minors who dragged the former Ngada Police Chief, AKBP Fajar as a suspect.
Previously (10/6), the Kupang City Prosecutor's Office had also received the delegation of case files and the suspect AKBP Fajar.
After being examined for 1 hour in the General Crime Room of the Kupang City Kejari, AKBP Fajar was immediately detained at the Kupang Detention Center for 20 days.
