MIND ID Reshuffles Board Of Directors, Ex-Kakorlantas Becomes Director Of HSSE

Holding BUMN Mining Industry MIND ID again carried out an overhaul to the board of directors of the company at the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGMS) which was held on Tuesday, June 10.

The AGMS decided to appoint Adityo Kusumo as Director of Finance replacing Akhmad Fazri. Adityo previously also held the same position at BUMN Karya, PT Wijaya Karya (Persero) Tbk.

Furthermore, the shareholders also decided to appoint Kuswantoro Pranabudi to replace Dilo Seno Widagdo as Director of Portfolio and Business Development. Kuswantoro previously served as General Manager and President Director at PTamcor Flexibles Indonesia.

Meanwhile, the position of Director of Risk Management, Legal, and HSSE is occupied by Firman Santyabudi, who previously served as Head of the Traffic Corps of the Police.

The AGMS also decided to add three new positions, namely the Mineral Resources Processing Planning occupied by Budi Santoso. Meanwhile, former President Director of Antam, Tedy Badrujaman, was appointed as Director of Downstream Strategy and Mineral Ecosystem and Pambudi Sunarsihanto as Director of Corporate Transformation and Human Capital Management.
