Female Killer At Semarang Hotel Arrested, Claims Dissatisfied With Sex Service
SEMARANG - Police have arrested the perpetrator of the murder of a woman who allegedly died in the room of a hotel on Jalan Imam Bonjol, Semarang City, Central Java.
Head of Criminal Investigation Unit of Semarang Polrestabes AKBP Andika Dharma Sena said the perpetrator of ADN (33), a resident of Kendal Regency, was arrested while fleeing to Surabaya.
The investigation was carried out after officers received information from the dr. Kariadi about a woman who died with unnatural conditions
Officers traced the CCTV footage of the hotel that showed the perpetrator was the last person with the victim DN (30).
"From the search results, it is known that the perpetrators are in a warehousing area in Surabaya," he said as quoted by ANTARA, Tuesday, June 10.
According to the perpetrator's statement, the victim was a woman who provided prostitution services.
The perpetrator admitted that he was disappointed that he was not satisfied with the victim's services.
The victim's death was allegedly the result of the perpetrator's strangling and smothering the victim using a pillow and hitting the stomach.
For his actions, the suspect was charged with Article 338 of the Criminal Code concerning Murder.
