Dossier Of Doctors Of Use For Raping Patients' Families At RSHS Bandung Handed Over To The West Java Prosecutor's Office

JAKARTA - The West Java Regional Police (Polda) submitted a case file for the rape of the patient's family by a suspect resident of Padjajaran University (Unpad) named Priguna Anugerah Pratama (PAP) to the West Java High Prosecutor's Office (Kejati) on Tuesday, June 10.

Direktur Ditreskrimum Polda Jawa Barat Kombes Pol. Surawan mengatakan berkas perkara sudah lengkap dan diserahkan kepada Jaksa Penuntut Umum (JPU) untuk diteliti lebih lanjut.

"So for today the investigator has transferred the case files to the Public Prosecutor (JPU), we have completed the investigation yesterday, we will wait for it from the prosecutor," said Surawan in Bandung, Tuesday, June 10, as reported by Antara.

Surawan explained that his party had completed a psychological examination of the suspect, Dr. Priguna. The results of the examination showed that the suspect had sexual behavior irregularities.

"There is information from a psychologist that the suspect has a kind of sexual fantasy disorder, with interest in helpless people," said Surawan.

In addition, investigators revealed that the suspect received drugs from the hospital by writing his own prescription, which was then used to make the victim unconscious before carrying out the action.

"He violated the SOP because he made his own prescription to get the drug. He also measured the dose himself," he said.

Surawan emphasized that there was no reduction in the detention period of the suspect. In fact, the case has the potential to be subject to a weight of punishment in accordance with Law Number 12 of 2022 concerning the Crime of Sexual Violence (TPKS).

"There was a weighting of rape carried out against the helpless person in the TPKS Law, try to check the exact article," he said.

He said that until now, the number of victims who reported were three people and the police were still waiting for instructions from the prosecutor's office for the next stage of the transfer process.

"There are still three victims, there are no additions. Hopefully in the near future there will be instructions from the prosecutor," he said.
