Apple Reveals MacOS Tahoe's Latest Feature, Can Transfer Calls From IPhone To Mac

JAKARTA Apple not only leaked the latest features for iOS 26, but also for macOS Tahoe 26. This operating system (OS) for MacBook will get improvements in terms of design, features, and applications.

macOS is now present with the design of Liquid Glass, a new material that looks penetrating through the light and reflects the light around it. This design makes a slight change to the dock, sidebar, and toolbar so that users can focus more on their activities.

"The menubar is now completely transparent, so the appearance feels bigger. There are more ways to adjust what controls appear in the menu bar and Control Center, along with its layout," Apple said, quoted on Tuesday, June 10.

Apple also announced an upgrade in the Phone app. Thanks to macOS Tahoe, users can forward a running call from the nearest iPhone to the Phone app on Mac.

This feature can run because Phones on Macs have been refined with several new features and almost resemble Phones on iPhones. Users can access features such as Latest, Favorites, to Voice Messages.

By running this feature, users can focus on their Mac activities without paying attention to their iPhones. Users can also access Direct Activities on Macs to find out the latest developments in the iPhone.
