Dossier Of PPDS Unpad Rape Family Of Complete Patients, Dr. Pengguna Immediately Tried

West Java Regional Police (Polda) stated that the case file for the alleged rape case involving an Unpad resident doctor named Priguna Anugerah Pratama (PAP) has been declared complete or P21.

The Director of General Criminal Investigation at the West Java Police, Kombes Pol. Surawan, said the investigation had been completed and the files would soon be transferred to the West Java High Prosecutor's Office (Kejati).

"It's (complete)," said Surawan when confirmed in Bandung, Monday, June 9, was confiscated by Antara.

Surawan explained that the transfer of the case file will be carried out on Tuesday, June 10. After it is received, the West Java Prosecutor's Office will confirm the completeness of the file and then determine the Public Prosecutor (JPU) who will handle the judicial process.

"Tuesday tomorrow it will be sent," he said.

Previously, dr. Priguna has been detained by the police since March 23, 2025. The detention was carried out after the victim's family reported allegations of rape experienced by the victim with the initials FH, who at that time was guarding his father who was being treated at RSHS.

The Head of Public Relations of the West Java Police, Kombes Pol. Hendra Rochmawan, explained that the alleged rape took place in early March 2025, at around 01.00 WIB.

At that time, the suspect asked the victim to do a blood check and take him from the emergency room to the MCHC building on the 7th floor.

"(The suspect) asked the victim not to be accompanied by his sister," said Hendra.

Arriving on the 7th floor, the victim was asked to change clothes wearing an operating shirt. The suspect then isolated the victim using an injection. Not long after, the victim was unconscious.

At around 04.00 WIB, the victim realized and returned to the emergency room. When he was about to urinate, the victim felt pain in his sensitive area.

He also told the chronology of events before fainting to his mother.

Feeling that something was odd, the victim's family then reported the incident to the police. After further investigation, the suspect Priguna was arrested on March 23, 2025.
