Netherlands Kecam AS Sanksi Hakim ICC Yang Adili Kasus Gugatan Terhadap Israel

JAKARTA - The Netherlands strongly condemns the sanctions imposed by the United States (US) against the judges of the International Criminal Court (ICC) who tried the case against Israel.

Citing Sputnik, Dutch Foreign Minister (Menlu) Caspar Veldkamp on Thursday, June 5, confirmed that the court must be able to carry out its duties without interruption.

Earlier, US Melu Marco Rubio said that his government imposed sanctions on four ICC judges for their involvement in prosecuting US and Israeli citizens.

"The Netherlands rejects new sanctions against ICC officials. Courts and independent international tribunal institutions must be able to carry out their duties without interruption," Veldkamp said on platform X.

"We fully support the court," he said, referring to the ICC.
