Bank Mandiri Collaborates With Hermina Group To Salurkan KPR Subsidy FLPP For Health Workers

JAKARTA - PT Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk (BMRI) together with Hermina Group officially signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) or Memorandum of Understanding in the distribution of subsidized Home Ownership Loans (KPR) through the Housing Financing Liquidity Facility (FLPP) scheme.

This commitment was realized through the signing of a memorandum of understanding between Bank Mandiri Senior Vice President Consumer Loan Reza Adriansyah and Chairman of the Hermina Group Yulisar Khiat Association, which was also witnessed by Bank Mandiri Consumer Banking Executive Officer, Saptari, as well as management officials from Bank Mandiri and Hermina Group, at Hermina Kemayoran General Hospital, Jakarta, Thursday, June 5.

Senior Vice President Consumer Loan Bank Mandiri Reza Adriansyah explained that this strategic collaboration is part of the synergy between Bank Mandiri and the health service ecosystem in supporting the acceleration of the distribution of subsidized mortgages through the FLPP scheme, with health workers who are members of the Hermina Group network as the main target.

As for now, Hermina Group oversees more than 60 health care units throughout Indonesia that can be matched directly with the Bank Mandiri distribution network.

Reza conveyed that through this collaboration, it is hoped that it can accelerate the realization of home ownership for health workers through solution financing facilities.

"This synergy expands the reach of FLPP services as well as reflects Bank Mandiri's commitment to supporting the welfare of the community, especially health professionals who are at the forefront of public services," he explained.

Meanwhile, Chairman of the Hermina Group Association Yulisar Khiat said that this collaboration is part of real support for improving the welfare of health workers.

"Health workers are a strategic asset of the nation, and housing is an important part in supporting their productivity and quality of life. This collaboration with Bank Mandiri is a real step in strengthening the welfare of our human resources in various regions," he explained.

Yulisar said that Hermina Hospitals hopes to create a positive and sustainable impact for all Hermina employees, especially in realizing their own dream of owning a home.

The collaboration between Bank Mandiri and Hermina Group cannot be separated from the strategic role of the banking sector in supporting national housing financing policies.

One of the main instruments in the policy is the FLPP scheme, which is designed to answer the housing backlog problem in Indonesia.

Furthermore, Reza added, Bank Mandiri actively supports the program through the distribution of FLPP mortgages which continue to show growth.

Reza said that until May 2025, Bank Mandiri had distributed 4,229 units of FLPP mortgages with a growth of 78.8 percent on an annual basis or year on year (yoy).

In addition, Bank Mandiri is also listed as the best national FLPP distributor with the highest occupancy rate in 2024.

"Through a sustainable commitment and an integrated strategy, Bank Mandiri seeks to accelerate its contribution in supporting the growth of the national property sector, while improving the quality of life of the community, especially health workers," concluded Reza.
