Trapped, Raped, And Helpless: A 15-year-old Teenager Becomes A Victim In Gowa
GOWA - Members of the Resmob Reskrim Unit of the Gowa Police arrested three youths suspected of child intercourse on Jalan Kerung-Kerung, Makassar City, South Sulawesi.
"We have arrested the perpetrators in Makassar and are now being detained at the Gowa Police. The perpetrators have the initials DU 22 years, RA 19 years and F 20 years," said Gowa Police Resmob Head Ipda Muhammad Alfian, quoted by ANTARA, Wednesday, June 5.
The perpetrators were arrested based on the police report number LP/B/583/V/2025/SPKT/Gowa Police which was reported by the families of the victim's child, there was an alleged criminal act of sexual intercourse with a minor.
Alfian said, from the results of the examination and confession of the perpetrators, initially the victim with the initials NN aged 15 years was invited by the perpetrator DU to his aunt's house using a motorbike at the BTN Complex Rahmat Permai, Kuncio Village, Somba Opu District, Gowa.
Arriving at the location, the victim was invited into the house to rest. At that time the house was empty of people. After a while, the perpetrators' colleagues came with liquor and then a drinking party in the living room.
Because they were drunk due to the influence of alcohol, these perpetrators entered the room where the victim rested. The victim was then forced to take off his clothes, even though he had rebelled and fought back, but in the end he was helpless and even grabbed by a scratch on his neck.
The perpetrators then committed an unlawful act by launching their nasfu to the victim who was helpless, because his hand was held by one of the perpetrators.
"From the interrogation, the perpetrators RA and F admitted that they had sexual relations like husband and wife once each. Meanwhile, DU held the victim's hand. The perpetrators of DU knew the victim," he revealed.

After venting his lecherous lust, the victim then left the location of the case and reported the incident to his family, then reported the alleged non-criminal to the Gowa Police for follow-up.
The perpetrators were named suspects and charged with Article 81 of Law Number 23 of 2002 as amended by Law Number 35 of 2014 concerning Child Protection with a penalty of 15 years in prison.
