Keep The Date, IPhone 17 Expected In September 2025

Apple is expected to release the iPhone 17 in September 2025, following the company's traditional launch schedule which usually takes place in the fall.

Based on previous launch patterns and leaked information, Apple is likely to host a keynote event in early September, where they will introduce the new product. Pre-orders are usually opened on Friday after the event, and deliveries begin in the same week.

The iPhone 16 series itself was launched in September 2024, and this schedule has become Apple's routine for years. This year, the iPhone 17 is rumored to be present in four different models, namely the standard iPhone 17, the iPhone 17 Air, the iPhone 17 Pro, and the iPhone 17 Pro Max.

Interestingly, each model will have a different camera configuration, making the iPhone 17 design more diverse and not as monotonous as in previous years. It is possible that the iPhone 17 Air will launch a little later than any other model, possibly at the end of September or even October 2025.

In April 2025, Apple reportedly completed the Engineering Validation Test (EVT) stage for at least one iPhone 17 model. This stage is important to ensure hardware works as expected. However, there are still next stages such as the Design Validation Test (DVT) and Production Validation Test (PVT) which must be passed before the official phone is launched to the market.

For the price, there is no official information from Apple yet. However, many analysts predict that the standard iPhone 17 will be priced at around $899, while the Pro model could reach a price of up to 1,500 US dollars.

This price increase is predicted to be due to global economic uncertainty and changing import rates in the United States. However, the price of the iPhone in the US over the past few years has been relatively stable, in part due to the existence of an upgrade program that makes it easier for consumers to replace devices without too large a cost burden every year.
