List Of Public Transportation Discounts And Toll Road Tariffs During School Holidays

Entering the school holidays, the government imposed discount rates for public transportation and toll roads. This was conveyed by Finance Minister Sri Mulyani after a limited meeting with President Prabowo Subianto and a number of related ministers, Monday, June 2.

Public transport discounts and toll roads, including in the economic stimulus program worth IDR 24.44 trillion, which is enforced to strengthen people's purchasing power.

The transportation discount is valid during June and July 2025 to coincide with the school holiday period. The following are details, trains are 30 percent discounted for 2.8 million passengers during the school holiday period.

VAT for economic class aircraft borne by the government with incentives of 6 percent and estimated beneficiaries reaching 6 million passengers.

Sea Transport tickets are 50 percent discounted and targeted to reach 500 thousand passengers.

The toll road tariff discount is 20 percent, estimated at 110 million motorists.
